Sycamore Gap Facts – The most photographed spot in the whole of Northumberland National Park. The Sycamore Tree, located in a dip in Hadrian’s Wall, is looked after by the National Trust. What makes it special is that it’s appearance is down to geology taking place over thousands of years. In 2016 it won English Tree of the Year in the Woodland Trust’s Awards.
